I went outside after the rain stopped just to see if there were any toads outside, and sure enough there were! Just in the first minute of searching I found two toads hiding in some rocks. I grabbed them and put them in a bucket. In a different bucket I put a layer of bioactive topsoil, some of the rocks they were hiding with, a small dish of water, and two mealworms that I'd normally feed to my frog. I placed the toads in the enclosure and plastic-wrapped the top after I learned they could jump out from the rocks. Though for oxygen MANY small holes were poked in the top. The habitat is very small, especially for two toads. I'm currently writing this at one A.M because I stay up late, so I guess later today I'm gonna go and buy a larger enclosure with some plants and a real waterdish. These toads are really cool, they're both very young and reactive, conditioned to the harsh enviornments of a florida backyard lol. I'll post about the new habitat once I build it and how they feel in it.

This setup is a beauty. I got the desk from amazon, it's a three tiered rolling mini desk that was pretty easy to set up only took about an hour to build. It even has a rolling keyboard drawer! The PC itself is a 2003 Dell Optiplex GX260. I got it at a thrift store. It has an 80gb hard drive, a floppy disk drive, and two CD drives! This particular line of computers by Dell faced backlash because it was shipped with a known capacitor failiure, all GX260 computers were most likely to fail within three years after release. This one has two broken capacitors that I have to replace, and they power on the fan that cools the processor down. I got it hooked up to see what was on it (before I knew it's fans didn't work lol) and found it had accounts with no password, so of course I looked around, and it was full of bloatware. So all I have to do now for the PC is solder the new capacitors in place and install a fresh boot of windows XP. The monitor is a Dell Ultrasharp 1702fp, and the mouse and keyboard are also period accurate.

I plan on using this for personal stuff like notes, reminders, lists, vintage gaming and maybe writing parts of my novel? I want to set up Winamp and style XP on it too! It'd also be dope if I could get my music and stuff on there.

Today I added several things. I added a new blog page, the one you're on now, a clicker game page, I seperated the index page into a home page, interests and projects. I learned how to use google firebase and with it I set up a realtime database for the clicker game leaderboard.

My manga came in the mail today! Ghost in the shell, the first book. I've only ever watched the movie and I wanted to get into it a bit more so I got the manga, it looks really good.

I also added a picture of my frog because he's cute. He ate some mealworms today. I'm also sure he's grown a bit.
